Clients and sub-clients
Gridware integrates any hardware that supports OCPP, Modbus or MQTT – from charging stations and wallboxes to smart meters.
This allows devices from different manufacturers to be bundled in shared charging clusters.
Controlled current is distributed intelligently, even with varying power values, additional consumers or dynamic feed-in by prosumers.
Service
Gridware handles monitoring and alerting from the operator’s perspective. For controllers, every transaction is checked for plausibility, documented in an audit-proof manner and made available as a real-time key figure. Anomalies are abstracted and visualized as a “reason to act” – both at station and transaction level. The Admin Portal offers complete transparency. Admin Lite gives sub-clients and suppliers access to their relevant areas. Call center employees can intervene directly – all actions are documented.

External users can also use your charging points – publication takes place in real time via roaming platforms and other channels. Billing is direct or via roaming. On request, we can take over billing completely and integrate it into your systems.
Charging cluster
A client operates its own gridware system exclusively. It integrates sub-clients in the form of sub-CPOs and sub-EMPs.
It also manages all customer relationships, suppliers, contracts and the publication of charging points.
Sub-clients with their own charging infrastructure receive targeted access to their relevant stations via the Admin Lite portal.
These include sub-CPOs, sub-EMPs, technicians and suppliers – each with clearly defined roles and access restrictions.
